Rental Agreement & House Rules
By completing a reservation at Paros Paradise, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed below. This agreement applies to all stays and supersedes any prior verbal or written communication.
1. Property Information
Location: Paros, Greece (full address provided after booking for guest security)
Type: Traditional Cycladic home
Included Areas: All interior living spaces, terraces, and designated outdoor areas
Excluded Areas: Locked owner closets, storage areas, and any marked private spaces
2. Check‑In, Check‑Out & Access
Check‑in: Flexible (self‑check‑in or host‑coordinated)
Check‑out: Before 12:00 PM
Early check‑in or late check‑out may be possible depending on availability.
Maximum Occupancy:
Overnight guests: 5
Daytime visitors: Allowed but must not exceed reasonable occupancy limits and must respect quiet enjoyment of the property and neighborhood
3. Payment & Cancellation
All payments, fees, and cancellation terms follow the platform used to book the stay (Airbnb or direct booking). Processing fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.
4. House Rules Overview
These rules protect the home, the neighborhood, and the comfort of all guests.
No pets
No parties, events, or large gatherings
No smoking anywhere on the property
Respect occupancy limits
Treat the home with care and respect
Use the property lawfully and responsibly
5. Cleanliness & Conduct
Guests must maintain the property in clean, sanitary condition throughout their stay.
Avoid tracking sand, water, or debris into the home
Report any damage immediately
Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional fees
The home is a cherished family property; guests are expected to treat it as they would their own.
6. Pets & Animals
Pets are not permitted.
Service animals must comply with applicable laws and must be disclosed prior to arrival.
Unauthorized pets may result in termination of the stay without refund.
7. Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and all tobacco or cannabis products are prohibited inside the home and on all terraces.
Evidence of smoking may result in cleaning or remediation fees.
8. Guests & Visitors
Maximum overnight guests: 5
Visitors are welcome but must not exceed occupancy limits
Visitors must depart by quiet hours (local norms apply)
The booking guest is responsible for the behavior and compliance of all guests and visitors.
9. Use of Property
The property may be used for residential vacation purposes only.
Not permitted:
Commercial activity
Professional photography or influencer content (without prior consent)
Events, parties, or gatherings beyond the registered guests
Illegal activity of any kind
Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.
10. Inspections & Maintenance
The property is inspected before check‑in and after check‑out.
The host or authorized personnel may enter the property for maintenance, repairs, or safety concerns, in accordance with Greek law and with reasonable notice whenever possible.
11. Utilities & Equipment
All utilities are included.
Guests may not tamper with:
Wi‑Fi equipment
Electrical panels
Water systems
Air‑conditioning units beyond normal adjustment
Damage caused by misuse may result in fees.
12. Restricted Areas
Guests may not enter locked closets, storage areas, or any marked private spaces belonging to the owner.
Unauthorized entry may result in additional charges.
13. Trash & Waste
Guests must dispose of trash and recycling according to local instructions provided in the house manual.
Improper disposal may result in fees due to island waste‑management regulations.
14. Quiet Enjoyment
Guests and neighbors are entitled to peaceful enjoyment of the property.
Disruptive behavior, loud music, or disturbances may result in termination of the stay without refund.
15. Left‑Behind Items
The host will make reasonable efforts to return lost items.
Items not claimed within two weeks may be discarded.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the guest.
16. Liability & Indemnification
Guests use the property at their own risk.
The host is not responsible for:
Accidents or injuries
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Damage caused by weather, insects, or island conditions
Guests agree to indemnify and hold the host harmless from claims arising from use of the property.
17. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Greece and applicable EU regulations.
18. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the full rental agreement and supersedes all prior discussions or representations.
